Automating Synthesis in Medicinal Chemistry

Prof. Gioiello talked gave a great overview over his recent research of coupling several continious flow chemistry processes together to continiously produce certain drug molecules. In the second part he showed how flow chemistry together with "Design-of-experiments" can be used to automatically identify the best conditions for a reaction and make a library of different analogues of compounds.
